Standardizing the requirements for claims meeting the EM Select criteria generates a streamlined reporting format and a lower hourly rate while still maintaining Engle Martin’s high service commitment. Since a large percentage of claims may be eligible for EM Select, this program gives our clients the opportunity to lower the cost of claims investigations.

Program Benefits

Ease of Use -

 

EM Select requires no additional paperwork! Continue to report new losses to us as you have previously and simply notify us that you are submitting an EM Select claim at the time of assignment. A notation on the initial claim fax or verbal notification over the telephone will suffice.

Engle Martin provides targeted claim information in a condensed, easy-to-read format. Reports, including digital photography, are e-mailed to EM Select clients throughout the investigation. This ensures that you close claims as quickly as possible, a service your clients appreciate.

Lower Costs -

 

 $60 hourly rates for EM Select claims. This generates great opportunities to lower annual claims investigation expenses.

Digital Photography -

 

 Up to four digital photographs will be taken to support the claim. If the investigation warrants, additional photography is available at normal rates.
